Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and nb55 ("nb55," "we," "us," or "the Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the nb55 website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino, slot games, and all associated services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nb55 platform.

By accessing the nb55 Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any Gaming Service offered by nb55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms apply alongside the nb55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all individual game, bonus, and promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time. Where individual product rules conflict with these Terms, the more specific provision shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
If you are accessing the nb55 Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. You acknowledge that nb55 cannot and does not assume responsibility for verifying the authority of individuals acting on behalf of others.
Age Restriction: The nb55 Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. By accepting these Terms, you expressly represent that you are at least 21 years of age. nb55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the 21+ age requirement cannot be verified to nb55's satisfaction.
To access nb55's Gaming Services, you must register a personal Account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on nb55 at any given time. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts on the Platform — whether directly or indirectly — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nb55 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void all pending balances, bonuses, and bets where multiple Account usage is detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nb55 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and nb55 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately protect your login information.
You must promptly notify nb55 through the Support channel if any of your Account details change, including your registered email address, mobile number, or residential address. nb55 reserves the right to suspend accounts where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or outdated to a material degree.
You may not register or use an Account if you are: (a) under 21 years of age; (b) located in a Prohibited Territory; (c) a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an nb55 employee or associated company; (d) self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally; or (e) legally restricted from engaging in online gambling activity under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
nb55 is required to verify the identity of its players as a condition of its operating licence and as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. The KYC verification process is mandatory and must be completed before nb55 will process a Player's first withdrawal request.
To complete KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence); a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address dated within the last three months; and documentation verifying ownership of your payment method where applicable.
nb55 aims to complete standard KYC verification within one business day of receiving all required documentation in acceptable format. During periods of high volume or where additional verification steps are required, this timeline may be extended. nb55 will communicate any delays to the Player via their registered email address.
nb55 reserves the right to request additional identity, address, or payment method verification documents at any time during a Player's use of the Platform, including in connection with large withdrawal requests, account activity that triggers regulatory review requirements, or where the integrity of Player information cannot otherwise be confirmed.
Data Security: All identity documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored using industry-standard encryption and are handled in strict accordance with nb55's Privacy Policy. Documents are never shared with third parties except where required by regulatory authorities.
All financial transactions on the nb55 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). nb55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Crypto (selected currencies).
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your bank. nb55 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where nb55's compliance obligations require an alternative arrangement. Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash / EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes during peak hours; Bank transfers — 1 to 24 hours depending on bank processing schedules.
You may only deposit or withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name. nb55 will not process deposits from or withdrawals to accounts held by third parties. Where a mismatch between Account holder identity and payment account ownership is detected, nb55 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal, request additional verification, and in cases of suspected fraud, to return funds to the deposit source and close the Account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) no active account investigation or compliance review; (c) wagering requirements on any applicable Bonus Funds having been fully met; and (d) the withdrawal amount not exceeding available Real Money Balance. nb55 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, which may extend standard processing times.
nb55 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month to Account balances where an Account has been inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager) for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months, following a minimum of 30 days' written notice to the Player's registered email address. Any remaining balance after such deductions will be returned to the Player upon a verified withdrawal request at any subsequent time.
nb55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published at the point of offer. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus eligibility is determined by nb55 at its sole discretion and may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, specific game restrictions, time limitations, and VIP tier qualifications. Where a bonus requires opt-in, it will not be credited automatically — the Player must actively claim the bonus through the designated process before the offer's expiry.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in specific bonus terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any balance derived from those funds becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds and their associated winnings are held separately from Real Money Balance in a Bonus Wallet until wagering requirements are met. Only qualifying bet types and game categories contribute to wagering requirement completion — nb55 specifies contributing games and their contribution percentages in individual bonus terms.
nb55 actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; collusion between Players to meet wagering requirements artificially; placing opposing bets (hedging) using Bonus Funds to reduce risk below thresholds acceptable to nb55; and exploiting errors or technical malfunctions to obtain bonus credits to which a Player is not entitled. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, nb55 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the Player's Account.
All bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry periods stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the specified period will be removed from the Player's Account without further notice. nb55 is not obligated to remind Players of impending bonus expiry dates.

All bets placed and games played on the nb55 Platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as specific product rules published within each game or sportsbook market. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the nb55 system, it is final and binding on both the Player and nb55. You may not cancel or modify a bet after confirmation except where specific sportsbook rules expressly permit cash-out or early settlement. For casino games, a round is deemed final once the round result has been determined by the game software or live dealer.
nb55 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where: (a) the bet was placed on incorrect or corrupted odds data caused by a technical error; (b) the underlying event was cancelled, postponed beyond settlement deadlines, or abandoned; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant market's closing time due to a platform error; or (d) the result was affected by factors that rendered fair settlement impossible. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Real Money or Bonus Wallet.
Cricket betting, including PSL and international Pakistan fixtures, is governed by nb55's Sportsbook Rules, which specify settlement procedures for rain-affected matches, DLS method applications, over-by-over markets, and other format-specific scenarios. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets on affected markets.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino and slot games on nb55 are powered by certified software providers whose game engines are independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by professional studio environments with trained dealers and multi-camera oversight. nb55 does not modify the outcome of any certified game.
nb55 may impose maximum single-bet or single-session winnings limits on any product category. Where applicable, these limits are communicated within the relevant product section. nb55 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single event, accumulator, or game session to protect platform integrity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nb55 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where legally appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content, design elements, software code, trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, database structures, and other materials forming part of the nb55 Platform are the intellectual property of nb55 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nb55 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Platform software; create derivative works based on nb55 content or design; or use nb55 trademarks or brand identifiers without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of nb55's intellectual property may be pursued through appropriate legal channels. Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's licensing restrictions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nb55's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nb55 shall not be liable for: (a) losses arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information displayed on the Platform; (b) losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond nb55's reasonable control; (c) indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature; (d) losses resulting from a Player's own failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law; or (e) losses arising from third-party payment provider delays or errors.
Nothing in these Terms limits nb55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
The nb55 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." nb55 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
nb55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for its Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it becomes a source of financial stress, emotional distress, or relationship problems, it is no longer functioning as entertainment and professional support should be sought immediately.
nb55 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. nb55 reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time and will suspend Accounts where age cannot be confirmed to the required standard.
nb55 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible through Account Settings or by contacting nb55 Support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly PKR caps); session time limits with automated logout; cooling-off periods of 1 to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. If self-assessment indicates a potential problem, nb55 strongly recommends setting immediate deposit limits or initiating a cooling-off period as a first step.

nb55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false or misleading information; (c) engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; (d) been identified as a self-excluded player; or (e) failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
Where an Account is suspended, nb55 will retain the Player's balance pending investigation. If the investigation results in Account closure for cause under (a) through (e) above, nb55 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and will return verified Real Money Balances to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any required compliance review.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting nb55 Support. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Account closure does not affect nb55's right to retain records as required by applicable law and licensing obligations.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nb55 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of nb55's services, you must first contact nb55 Support via the Support page to allow nb55 an opportunity to resolve the matter informally. nb55 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a final determination within 28 days of receipt of all relevant information.
If you are not satisfied with nb55's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body under nb55's licensing framework. Details of the applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanism are available by contacting nb55 Support. Escalation to external dispute resolution should be pursued only after completing nb55's internal complaints process.
You agree that any legal proceedings in relation to these Terms shall be conducted in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the territory in which nb55 is licensed to operate. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
nb55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — nb55 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to all registered Players' email addresses and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning of provisions, or updates required by regulatory changes — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on the Platform.
Your continued use of the nb55 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through nb55 Support before the amendment's effective date.
The current version of these Terms, together with its effective date, is always available on this page. nb55 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
